Assistants鈥� Essentials 2.0 is a full-day, hands-on Montessori workshop designed specifically for classroom assistants.

This time, we鈥檙e putting the materials in聽your听丑补苍诲蝉.

Explore them. Play with them. Get stuck. Figure something out. Discover what children are experiencing when they work with Montessori materials鈥攁nd what they need from the adults around them.

Through level-specific Infant/Toddler, Early Childhood, and Elementary experiences, participants will learn to:

NOTICE聽what is actually happening.
UNDERSTAND聽the learning beneath the activity.
SUPPORT聽the child without taking over their work.

Because sometimes helping means stepping in.

And sometimes the most powerful thing an assistant can do is protect the child鈥檚 opportunity to figure it out.
